How are these digital products and services delivered?
For digital products and templates, each is delivered immediately via email with a PDF download — this PDF contains how-to-use instructions, and the Canva links to templates. The initial link to access the PDF download is active for 24 hours. After 24 hours, if the expired link is clicked — a new link will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase.
For audits, an email is delivered immediately upon purchasing with more details about the process and a link to complete your Intake Questionnaire to begin the process. Once the questionnaire is completed, our team will begin the Audit process. Audits are completed and delivered via email within 2-3 weeks after Questionnaire is completed.
Can I share my template/digital product purchase with friends?
No. Every product in The Studio Source Shop includes a single-user license. You may reuse this form as many times as you need for your business transactions, or in multiple brands or businesses as long as it is owned and controlled by the same user/purchaser.
Prohibited Use: You may not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, or make this document available to a third party, other than the people listed above. You may not upload this document to a website, email it to someone, or otherwise share it publicly. Thank you for respecting creators and copyright law.
How long do I have to complete the Audit Intake Questionnaire?
We encourage you to complete the Intake Questionnaire and begin the Audit process as quickly as possible, or within 72 hours. Due to the individualized attention and subsequent time requirements, we ask that all audit purchases must be redeemed within 30 days of original purchase. Beyond 30 days, we cannot guarantee the 2-3 week turnaround time and it could be pushed back much further depending on team availability.
Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Because of the digital nature and immediate delivery of these products, all sales are final for all products in The Shop.
We do want you to love your purchase and if you don't for some reason, please let us know and we'll discuss options to ensure you have a positive experience with The Studio Source.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO GRANT OR DENY ANY REFUND REQUEST AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.
International Customers
I live outside of the United States, can I still use your products and contracts?
Yes! Our contract templates and products are not dependent on local laws and are applicable no matter where your clients are in the world. Our philosophy is that we want to capture the spirit and mutual understanding of the relationship between the service provider and client in an easy-to-understand, accessible way.
